Refund policy

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. For online orders, our return policy only lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. If within 30 days you are unhappy with your purchase in any way please contact us on hello@hanabotanicals.co.nz with your proof of purchase, order number and details on why your unhappy with your purchase. We may request for the product to be sent back us before processing a refund or an exchange, if so we require it returned in the original packaging.

Please note: If a refund is being issued from us and a shipping cost was paid and the item left our warehouse and used the postal run we cannot refund you the price of shipping. We will only refund the cost/s of the products purchased. 

If product/s were purchased from a retail stockiest you will need to return to that stockiest and speak with them regarding there returns and exchange policies as these are what apply.

Please note:

Once orders are collected by the courier this is now out of Hana Botanicals possession. If any delays or missing packages occur please contact us and let us know, we will do all we can to support and track down the issue. Unfortunately if products are damaged or go missing during shipping we are not liable to offer a refund.
